Cardineau chosen as Centennial Professor

Guy Cardineau, a Faculty Fellow in the Center for the Study of Law, Science, & Technology at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, is one of two ASU faculty members to be named a 2008-2009 Centennial Professor by Associated Students of ASU.

Cardineau, who also is a Research Professor at both the Biodesign Institute and in the College of Life Sciences, was honored at a reception on Wednesday, April 30, for the excellent work he does in and out of the classroom.

He was commended for his "proven dedication to the community and superb teaching methods that make microbiology and biotechnology, difficult core sciences, accessible and comprehensible" to students.

The other recipient of the award was Kimberly Scott, an associate professor in the Division of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at the College of Education.
